Patient care
Everything you need to prepare for your visit
We attend to you with clarity, warmth and clinical coordination from the very first contact.
How it works
Booking an appointment
Choose the option that suits you best. Our team will confirm the date and time by phone.
Tell us the reason for your consultation (gynecology, obstetrics, check-up, menopause, intimate health, etc.).
We call you to suggest available times and confirm the appointment.
If you are coming through insurance, we review coverage and the required documentation with you.
Before you come, if you have previous reports or test results, you can send them via WhatsApp or bring them on the day of the visit.
First visit
Prepare for your first visit
We want your first visit to be clear and relaxed. If this is your first time with us, this will help you prepare.

- If coming through insurance: card and/or authorizations (if applicable)
What to expect
- Listening and clinical assessment: tell us your situation, history and goals.
- Examination and in-office tests, only if necessary and with your consent.
- A clear plan: we explain options, next steps and follow-up.
Practical tip: arrive 10 minutes early to make the process smoother.

Insurance providers and private patients
We see private patients and work with some insurance providers. To avoid surprises, we confirm this with you when you request the appointment.
